Return Policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
   • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
   • Custom-made items are only returnable if they have manufacturing defects.

2. Process for Returns:

   • Contact our customer service team with your order details to initiate a return.
   • After approval, please return the product to the address we provided on the returns label.
   • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
   • If approved the refund will take place in 10 working days.

Exchange Policy:

1. Eligibility for Exchange:

   • Exchanges are permissible within 30 days of purchase for items of equal or lesser value.
   • Products eligible for exchange must be in their original condition.

2. Process for Exchanges:

  • Once authorised, send the item to our address.
  • After we receive and approve the exchange, the replacement item will be dispatched.
