Once registered as a member on our site, customers will receive 200 Moo points on their birthday. The birthday must be added to the profile so the points can be automatically credited.

2.1 Eligibility:

Customers must have an active account on our site to earn and redeem Moo points.
Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2.2 Redemption:

Moo points can be redeemed on our site for eligible products and services per the current redemption catalogue.
The redemption value of Moo points may vary and is subject to change at our discretion.

2.3 Expiry:

Moo points earned do not expire as long as the account remains active. An account is considered inactive if no login activity exists for 12 consecutive months.

2.4 Fraud and Abuse:

Any fraud or abuse concerning the earning or redemption of Moo points may result in the forfeiture of all accrued points and possible termination of the account.

2.5 Changes to the Program:

We reserve the right to make changes to the Moo Points program, including earning and redemption structures, without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated via our site or email.

2.6 Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes regarding Moo points must be reported to our customer service within 30 days of the transaction. All decisions made by our team regarding disputes are final.
