For our UK customers, delivery is nice and straightforward. We charge £4.99 per order, but if you spend £50 or more, it’s completely free. We’ll get your order processed within 1–2 business days (just a heads up, we don’t ship on weekends or bank holidays). Once it’s out the door with EVRi, DPD, or DHL, you can expect it to arrive within 2–4 business days. If things are particularly busy, there may be a slight delay, but we’ll always keep you updated if that happens. As soon as your order is on the move, you’ll receive a tracking email within 24 hours so you can keep an eye on it. If you’re shopping from overseas, we’ve got you covered too. Delivery to Europe is £19.95 per order, while the rest of the world is £24.95. Just like in the UK, we process orders in 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We use DHL Express for international orders, with delivery times of 3–5 business days across Europe and 5–8 business days worldwide.
